Shipping Policy


Our warehouse will be closed between August 26 to September 9 2022. All orders will be shipped on Monday 12th September 2022.

We ship your order within 1-2 business days and a tracking is provided with every international order. All mail carriers have been unpredictable due to COVID-19, civil unrest, and holiday rush. Please order as soon as possible to avoid delays.

We'll do whatever we can to assist with any questions or bumps along the way, but we hope you understand that once it leaves us we have the same information you do.



All items are shipped via Hong Kong registered post. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. The delivery time is 7-15 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

Please note due to COVID-19 our shipping policies to certain countries are constantly changing. Please get in touch if you are ordering from Canada or Oman.

Please let us know if you have not received your items 16 working days after dispatch and we will follow up. We can only follow up on your orders and provide information for orders up to 3 months after the dispatch date.

Please check with your local customs office for charges and taxes that may incur. International buyers will be responsible for their own duties and custom charges.



All items are shipped via Hong Kong post to Hong Kong residences only.  All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. The delivery time is 1-3 business days. Please note local delivery is not registered and there is no tracking number.  If you would like your package to be registered and trackable to a Hong Kong address please select "Everywhere Else" as the delivery option and leave your full address in the comments section of your order. 



Please get in touch if you'd like to expedite your shipping, this is sent through a courier service and is delivered within 2-3 working days. Expedited shipping options cannot be dispatched without a contact number. Please leave your contact number at the time of checkout for your order to be dispatched.



Any item that is received in damaged condition can be exchanged for the same item. If the same item is not available, an item of equal value can be replaced or you can request a refund.

Refunds are not available for change of mind or loss by the local post but any item can be exchanged for the same item (if available) or an item of equal value (if available). Please note in this instance, the customer will be responsible for shipping.
