  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

    We ship all orders through Hong Kong Post. Please get in touch if you'd like to expedite your shipping.

    All orders (except for Hong Kong, unless chosen) will be posted through Hong Kong Registered Post which comes with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent over to your email once your order has been dispatched to allow you to check the status of your nocturnal package.

    Please refer to the shop announcement during the holiday season for updated delivery dates.

    Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business once you have placed your order. You should receive your order within 7-15 working days after the item has been dispatched. For expedited shipping, orders are delivered in 2-6 working days.

  • HELP! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!

    Please get in touch at hello@nocturnalpaper.com if you haven’t received your order after 16 working days and we can launch a formal complaint and try to track it down.

    If your order is sent through expedited shipping, please get in touch after 6 working days and we can track it down.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    Orders take 7-16 working days to deliver after dispatch... we know this is a long time.

    If you are short on time, we can also handwrite your message for you inside the card and send it directly to your loved ones. Just leave a note at checkout.

  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

    Shipping is at an average of USD 3.80 per order. Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depends on your quantity or the weight of your order.

  • CAN YOU HELP ME SEND MY ORDER TO MY FRIEND/FAMILY?

    YES! We can handwrite your message inside the card and send it directly to your family or friends. Leave your message in the notes box at check out. And make sure to put your receiver's address as the delivery address.
