  • HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

    We ship majority of orders through Hong Kong Local Post through the registered postal service. This requires a signature at the time of delivery, if you would like to have a no signature option, simply leave a note at checkout however you will not be able to track your order and we can’t launch a formal complaint if the order is passed its delivery timeframe.

    All orders (except for Hong Kong delivery unless chosen otherwise) will be posted through registered air mail which comes with a tracking code. The tracking number will be sent in your dispatch email to allow you to check the status of your nocturnal package anytime. Please let me know if you have not received your items 16 working days after dispatch and we will follow up.

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Yes. Nocturnal Paper is shipped from Hong Kong Post. Shipping includes tracking number (except for Hong Kong delivery unless chosen otherwise). Please refer to the shop announcement during the holiday season for updated delivery dates.

    Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business once you have placed your order. You should receive your order within 7-15 business working days after the item has been dispatched.

  • HELP! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!

    International orders are considered "lost" after 60 days from the dispatch date. Please get in touch if you haven’t received your order after 16 working days and we can launch a formal complaint and try to track down your order.

    If your order is sent through expedited shipping, please get in touch after 6 working days and we will arrange for a redelivery.

  • HOW CAN I PAY?

    We accept PayPal and the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Delta and Visa electron.

  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

    Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type, quantity/weight of your order. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.
